The blades
Created with the same process of layered steel developed from the art of Japanese sword making, the blades extremely sharp, long lasting and durable.¬† VG10 is a “super steel” containing cobalt. The alternating layers of hard and soft steel make UN-RYU knives both strong and flexible.

The quality of the craftsmanship can be seen in the Damascus pattern (lines on the blade).

Blades are hand sharpened for a very sharp edge that will last a long time.
